Your journey, day by day

  1. Day01

    Welcome to Uganda: the Pearl of Africa

    Arrival in Entebbe, meeting with the guide and lunch. Departure south-west and arrival in Masaka for dinner and overnight. About 150 km, 4 hours.

  2. Day02

    Towards Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

    Across the green hills of Ankole to the mountainous Kigezi region. Arrival at the lodge and an optional local community walk in the afternoon. About 190 km, 4/6 hours.

  3. Day03

    Mountain gorillas and Bunyonyi

    After the UWA ranger briefing, trek through the forest in search of the assigned gorilla family. Duration varies according to their movements. Afterwards, transfer to Lake Bunyonyi. About 80 km, 3 hours.

  4. Day04

    Safari at Lake Mburo

    Transfer through Kabale and the Ankole region to Lake Mburo National Park. Afternoon safari among zebras, giraffes, antelopes, hyenas and leopards; an optional night safari is also possible. About 230 km, 4/5 hours.

  5. Day05

    Return to Entebbe and departure

    Return to Entebbe with a stop at the Equator for last purchases. Lunch in Entebbe and transfer to the airport. About 250 km, 7 hours.
